What is Avocado Powder?
The avocado tree originated in south-central Mexico; it’s now cultivated in warm climates around the world in a nod to the avocado fruit’s immense popularity. Botanically a berry, the avocado is a green-skinned, richly flavored fruit with a single large seed (or pit). Healthy and delicious, avocados have been incorporated into products ranging from ice cream to face masks.
