All orders, regardless of ship speed, may include a 2-3 business day processing time. Our orders are hand-packed with care and not simply taken off a shelf, hence the need for a processing time.
Typical processing times during busy periods (holidays, super sales, etc.) may require 7 business days or more to process. Shipping dates are not guaranteed and NutriCargo will not be held liable for delays in shipping due to production, backorders or other delays.
Expedited Orders (UPS Next Day, 3 Day, 2 Day, Fedex Overnight, etc)
We try our hardest to move expedited orders to the front of the line. However, we cannot guarantee this will occur. The 2-3 business day processing time still applies and or the busy period processing time. Shipping dates are not guaranteed and NutriCargo will not be held liable for delays in shipping due to production, backorders or other delays.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is for orders over $100.00 and applies orders within the continental USA. The shipping speed is economy or ground.
In the event of a product return that is not the fault of NutriCargo, the shipping costs will be calculated and deducted from the refund.
Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately when they become available.
International Shipping:
At this time, all international order are shipped via UPS or USPS or GlobalPost.
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination.
**Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.**
NutriCargo strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States. It is the clients responsibility to know the laws within their own country when importing ingredients.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs. Shipping dates are not guaranteed and NutriCargo will not be held liable for delays in shipping due to production, backorders or other delays.
Shipping Cut Off Time
Our cut off time to ship items is 12noon EST. Any order that is placed after 12 noon that day will require up to 2-3 business days starting on the NEXT day. For example. If you place your order on Monday at 12:01pm, it may require processing on Tuesday and Wednesday before it ships.
NutriCargo is closed on weekends. Therefore, any order place on Friday after the cutoff time may require Monday or Tuesday processing before it is shipped. The company does not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times we ship your item the very same day. So, why the policy?

Additional Shipping Details:
Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
Any order that is abandoned or missed delivery will incur a restocking fee and ship fee if returned to our warehouse.
