Herbal Safety Guidelines
Before using an herb you are unfamiliar with, find out its medicinal properties. Research it thoroughly and/or consult with an appropriately qualified practitioner or expert. If you are taking prescription drugs, or have a medical condition check with an appropriately qualified practitioner before using herbs medicinally. Herbs have shown overwhelming evidence that they work. Just because a small amount works well does NOT mean that more is better. As individuals we all have different constitutions, sensitivities, allergic reactions and possible health conditions. The following are merely guidelines. They include herbs offered on our websites. This list does not help with administering information on possible interactions and contraindications with prescription medicine. This needs to be discussed with your physician.
Should I check with my doctor or healthcare provider before using a supplement?
NutriCargo is not a provider of dietary supplements and is providing this information as a courtesy. This is a good idea, especially for certain population groups. Dietary supplements may not be risk-free under certain circumstances. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have a chronic medical condition, such as, diabetes, hypertension or heart disease, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist before purchasing or taking any supplement. Some supplements may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines.

Product Packaging
NutriCargo reserves the right to substitute product packaging, for example branded sealed bags, poly plastic bags or non-branded sealed bags. NutriCargo may also combine quantities of the same ingredient if the order of that individual ingredient is over 1 unit.
Shipping Policy

All orders, regardless of ship speed, have a 1-2 business day processing time. Our orders are hand-packed with care and not simply taken off a shelf, hence the need for a processing time.
Typical processing times during busy periods (holidays, super sales, etc.) may require 7 business days or more to process. Shipping dates are not guaranteed and NutriCargo will not be held liable for delays in shipping due to production, backorders or other delays.
Expedited Orders (UPS Next Day, 3 Day, 2 Day, Fedex Overnight, etc)
We try our hardest to move expedited orders to the front of the line. However, we cannot guarantee this will occur. The 1-2 day processing time still applies and or the busy period processing time. Shipping dates are not guaranteed and NutriCargo will not be held liable for delays in shipping due to production, backorders or other delays.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is for orders over $100.00 and applies orders withing the USA. The shipping speed is economy or ground.
In the event of a product return that is not the fault of NutriCargo, the shipping costs will be calculated and deducted from the refund.
Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately when they become available.
International Shipping:
At this time, all international order are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination.
**Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.**

Shipping Cut Off Time
Our cut off time to ship items is 12noon EST. Any order that is placed after 12 noon that day will require 1-2 business days starting on the NEXT day. For example. If you place your order on Monday at 12:01pm, it may require processing on Tuesday and Wednesday before it ships.
NutriCargo is closed on Fridays. Therefore, any order place on Friday after the cutoff time may require Monday or Tuesday processing before it is shipped.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times we ship your item the very same day. So, why the policy? We want to make sure that we do not create a false expectation to our valued clients. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the best possible way. Any order that is abandoned or missed delivery will incur a restocking fee and ship fee if returned to our warehouse.
Return Policy:
We are dedicated to offering you the best value and service. Due to the nature of natural products, items may not be elgible for a return due to subjective customer experiences (ie. Didn't like the taste, color, smell). In addition, open products cannot be returned as these items are considered food sources and we cannot resell. Only unopened items can be returned. If you are unsure of a purchase please request a sample. Food items cannot be returned once opened.
Return Period:
All customers have 30 days from receiving the product to bring up any dispute and request a return authorization.
Return fees:
If an item is returned due to a customer error or if the order is unclaimed (missed delivery attempts), then the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
If an item is being returned due to a NutriCargo error, the customer need only return the product for a full refund or an exchange without penalty.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Any return that arrive to NutriCargo without pre-written authorization will be considered an abandoned order and no refund will be issued.

Back-ordered items
All in-stock products generally ship within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

Any back order item will delay your international delivery unless you contact a NutriCargo.com at 1-973-759-2002. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.
Gift Certificates:
You can purchase gift cards for any value up to $500. Promotional codes and sales do not apply to the purchase of a gift card. NutriCargo reserves to right to cancel any gift card purchase for any reason. You may redeem the NutriCargo gift card for products at the time of payment at NutriCargo.com. The value on the NutriCargo.com gift certificate will not be replaced if the gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission, unless you can provide the gift card number. Replacement value will be the value of the gift card at the time you report the loss, theft or unauthorized use. Except where required by law, the NutriCargo.com gift card will not be exchanged for cash. Purchase and use of this NutriCargo.com gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of your gift card are governed by the laws of the state where the card was purchased. Your gift card expires 1 year (365 days) after it's purchase. Gift cards cannot be used towards shipping and tax where applicable.

Resale Policy
Items purchased by NutriCargo are not for resale. Resale of our prodcuts is not permitted. Buyers may not resell our products in any manner or in any channel.
